SCOTT PARAZYNSKI is an astronaut, trans-medium explorer, passionate climber, author, entrepreneur, and physician. He's travelled more than 23 MILLION MILES in space, across 5 missions, conducting 7 spacewalks (totalling 47 hours) in the process. He's the first person EVER to have been to space AND summited the world's tallest mountain, Mount EVEREST.

He's a tech CEO, speaker, and is in the US Astronaut Hall of Fame. His memoir is called The Sky Below: A true story of Summits, Space, and Speed [scroll for links]. While in medical school he competed on the US development luge team, and was ranked among the top 10 in the nation.
