It might feel like whether or not you exercise is down to factors like how much time you have, how much energy you have, how much willpower you have. But as is so often the case, our reasons for not taking action can be much more deep seated.

So this week I want to get into the contribution body image has to whether we exercise. And believe me, body image can be a HUGE factor for us - and can often keep us in a vicious cycle where sometimes we’re getting into the groove for a bit and then other times it feels like there’s this invisible force holding us back and making us feel frustrated and rubbish about ourselves.

I’ll also be showing you how you can start to swap a vicious cycle for a virtuous cycle, and find some more peace with our bodies, and therefore be more likely to take the actions that we truly want to.
