Krupa Suthar is a research Director and founder of Insights That Shine and has led research across EMEA for huge organisations including Disney and Mattel, working in futures research team for companies such as Heathrow. For the past 2 years she's been leading a team of 40 researchers at NHS Test & Trace through the pandemic.
