There is a lack of diversity in research, lack of programs to reach diverse populations, and lack of representation of staff to help clients who look like that. We’ve wanted to work on this for a while and now that Claire has a Latino staff member at Rogue who speaks Spanish, she’s beginning more outreach to PWP who speak Spanish too! In this episode we talk about what she’s putting in place for that to be successful.
