John immigrated from India to the U.S. with only $1,000. He shares his story of working his first job to building a net worth of over 2.3 million. He lives in a high cost of living area and shares his asset  allocation which consists of 1MM in real estate, 300K in a 401(k), 200K in a Roth, 400K in taxable accounts and the remainder in other investments including lawsuit settlements.
