It’s Thanksgiving! And I am doing what makes me happy, are you? Holiday traditions surrounding Thanksgiving is about eating and family time, which might confuse your fitness routine. Even with many opinions about how you should plan and handle your holiday, I say you choose happiness without judgment or trying to impress others.
