It’s officially full-on spring-summer mode over here—and I’m living for it. This week has already included mornings to myself, trips to the skate park, pool time with the kids, and the start of our Heatwave fitness series (yes, it’s spicy 🔥 but flexible, so you can actually do it as a busy mom!).
I’ve been soaking it all in and even started thinking about making a memory book for the summer—I don’t want to forget any of it. It’s going by fast.
Lately, I’ve also been watching Secret Lives of Mormon Wives (you know I love a good binge), but the real theme this week? Transitions. Especially with our babies.
Jesse is moving from two naps to one (cue the tears 😅), and it’s bringing up so many memories—or lack of them—with the older girls. I realized I barely remember how those transitions went the first time around. Swaddles, crib moves, pacifiers... it all blends.
In this episode, I’m sharing:
Whether you’re in a major nap transition, starting potty training, or trying to get in a workout without the meltdown, this episode is here to remind you: you’re doing great and these seasons don’t last forever (even when the days feel endless).
Let’s enjoy the sun, hold our babies close, and give ourselves space to keep growing—just like they are. 💛
