Can we talk about God? My honest thoughts on religion that might surprise you 🙏

In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable and sharing my personal journey with faith, spirituality, and religion in a way I've never done before. Growing up in an extremely religious household, I was baptized at six years old and followed strict rules about everything from what music I could listen to, to how I should dress.

But as I've grown and evolved, my relationship with spirituality has transformed too. The truth is, I absolutely believe in a higher power - whether you call it God, the Universe, or universal consciousness. I just don't believe that love from this higher power comes with conditions attached.

So if you've ever felt judged, shamed, or excluded because of religious beliefs, or if you're wrestling with your own spiritual identity right now, this conversation might be exactly what you need to hear. Because regardless of what path you're on, I believe there's room for all of us to coexist with unconditional love.
