13\\ Trigger Warning: When life knocks you down, overcoming the pit of depression and anxiety, and how to move forward when you aren’t okay.
Trigger Warning: The word 'grooming' and 'sexual abuse' is mentioned and briefly discussed in this episode.
This may be the most challenging episode I have ever recorded. I share some of my personal struggles over the last few years and how I was able to move forward when I was struggling with extreme anxiety and depression.
In this episode you will learn:
How to know if you are in survival mode or struggling with depression
What to do first when you recognize you are battling with a mental health issue and are not okay
Tips to battle the feelings of overwhelm, problems seeming too big, too scary, or too hard
And, most importantly, encouragement to know you aren't alone in the fight.
