130: Learn To Use Timing Apps In Every Setting To Increase Intensity

Are you using timing apps to do circuits and workouts with your clients and patients? You can use these timing apps in any setting and with all kinds of creative ideas! Some of the apps people in our neuro community have shared are smartwod and interval timer. These are not just for “athletes'' but anyone can benefit! 

EMOM - every minute on the minute a certain number of reps, then rest is built in

Tabata - HIIT, higher intensity with shorter and rigidly defined workouts. 20 sec on, 10 sec rest.

AMRAP - as many reps/rounds as possible in a set amount of time
