Davis hasn’t talked with District Attorney-elect Steve Mulroy yet but said on “Behind The Headlines” she is optimistic so far about reforms that were a major part of the hard fought campaign that saw Mulroy upset incumbent DA Amy Weirich. Bail reform is likely to be an early test of the relationship police have with the changes promised.
