Homeschooling is an amazing opportunity to give our children the individualized learning experience they need, and to teach real-life skills, while incorporating our family values and beliefs into their lessons too! Homeschooling from a Christian perspective also allows our children to grow in the knowledge of the Lord! If you like the Charlotte Mason philosophy you will LOVE this episode!
With homeschooling comes loads of opportunities to discover and chase a child's true interests and passions, and to ignite a love of learning in them that will stay with them lifelong, just like we read about in Charlotte Masons writings.
There are SO many resources to use today too, like online programs, science kits, field trips and travel, and many extracurricular activities that put a bright spark of deep learning into homeschool education, unlike what is available outside of the home.
If you have special needs children or exceptionally gifted learners in your home, this is the key to giving them the eduction you dream of!
