Jacob Frederick is the owner of Intentionally Selfish, as well as a Coach/Trainer at BODY ReCenter. In this episode, Jacob will talk about growing up in Cedar Falls, IA with four siblings and his truggles with pericardial effusion (a heart condition) when he was in high school. He will also talk about living and working Colorado in his early 20s and returning to Iowa to start his fitness and wellness career, and where that has led to him today.
