Brad Baldwin is a Mindfulness Coach. His practice is called Aperture. Brad grew up in a farming community in Iowa and went on to the University of Iowa, where he met his wife. They left Iowa for a brief 15 months for Kansas City, and soon returned. In this episode, Brad will talk about mindfulness, his practice, and parenting in the modern age.

Katie Ford and Lisa Edwards are the owners of Press Coffee in Iowa City. Lisa grew up in Des Moine and moved to Iowa City where she met Katie and discovered roller derby.
