If you are a follower of spiritual or energetic discourse you'll have heard about frequency, timeline jumping and a new earth. With the opening into a new reality,  many people are stepping into the embodiment of a new frequency - the 5D frequency, talking about this shift seems timely. For so long we, as a human race, have existed in a 3D reality - focusing on things external to ourselves to create the safety, purpose and the abundance we seek. A move into the 5D, which is not a new phenomenon as humans have always sensed there is a powerful unseen force circulating within and around us all, is us reversing the focus outward and fuelling from within. From our inner landscape we can connect to the high vibrations of love, joy, gratitude and expand in our oneness. As more and more people move from the 3D to the 5D we all have an important task in exercising our free will - to choose the frequency from which we live and build our lives upon.
