ADAM SMITH is a Food Waste Activist, Plant-Based Chef, and Ethical Entrepreneur. He's the founder and co-director of the amazing multi-award-winning global initiative: The Real Junk Food Project (TRJFP), and is one of a tiny minority of people who runs a business that actually values people above profits. He's faced, and has come through adversity in his own life, and those hardships have helped him become the person he is today.  In 2014,  he was voted one of the forty most influential men in the world by AskMen, and in 2017 the Telegraph voted him as one of top 50 most influential people in UK Food & Drink. Keep an eye out for his book sometime in the near future!!
