One of the things we talk a lot about in our book, The Rhythm of Home, is the idea of building your family village. One thing parenting will teach you pretty quickly is that you can’t do it alone, so praying for a handful of amazing families you can do life with and raise your kids together becomes really important. 

On today’s episode, we are so excited to introduce you to two incredible people from our family’s village, our good friends and neighbors, Josh & Morgan Thompson.

 Josh & Morgan have been married for 14 years and have two amazing daughters, Isla and Issie. Josh is the co-founder of By Design, a record label here in the Nashville area. Morgan is a gifted interior designer who’s work has been featured on HGTV. We chat with Josh and Morgan about the rhythms that keep them connected and enjoying family life with their two precious girls as well as lessons learned throughout hard seasons.
