How resilient are you? 

Today, Kirsten is joined by The Emotional Archeologist Chelsea Bartell. Chelsea believes everyone is a container for emotional trauma that we've never been given the proper tools to navigate, so we've adapted. As a result, we become susceptible to settling into uncomfortable manifestations of trauma such as addictions, depression, anxiety, insecurity, and many others. Chelsea’s mission is to show up at full capacity and teach others how to do the same.

In this chat, we look into reframing trauma and how, through somatic practices and techniques, we can build a key component to our well-being—resilience. What you’ll hear is that by building this resilience and self-reliance, you can embody the most empowering quality of all—authenticity.
