Today we are focusing on self care. The steps you need to put into place to create an environment that will support you in your life, where you are right now.
We are building on the theme of the last two episodes on how to face the New Year with hope by putting in place steps that will lead to restoring those peaceful rhythms, and how to use distractions in a healthy productive way.
Today we are discussing the 4 components of self care that go much deeper than a mani/pedi or a massage. The type of self care that creates a foundation to carry you through those heavy grief days.
So I want you take a deep breath, find a comfy place to absorb this information and allow your body and brain to relax and soak it all in. Then listen again and take some notes on what fits your needs.
