149. Succeed Without Keto | SCK Strategies

I'm not trying to convince you to eat keto; I'm just trying to convince you to treat nutrition as a form of self-care. For me, that's keto, but for you, that may look different! 

On this episode, I'm sharing many other strategies that can work for you (or someone you love) to succeed WITHOUT keto.

  • Eating low carb and how it's different from keto
  • Eating keto PLUS whatever food/beverage is your deal-breaker
  • Deviation days
  • Pairing protein with carbs, i.e. "no naked carbs"
  • Eating your food in the right order
  • Using apple cider vinegar or lemon juice before meals
  • Walking after meals
  • Intermittent fasting windows, circadian rhythm fasting, and fasting between meals
