Today we launch season three with our theme of hope. In navigating these challenging times, hope can be a powerful energy and motivator. In this first episode of Season 3 we frame a definition of hope and share how hope is showing up in our lives through our experiences and practices. We look forward to this season where we will continue interviewing guests who are embodying both the wild woman archetype and inspiring hope. We also share plans for another online Tend HER program and in person Hope summit this spring.
In today’s Episode we discuss:
The concept of hope and how we can tap into it during challenging times:
o We discuss hope as a behavior and vibrational energy, not as a place of denial.
o How hope can shift us when we embrace it as a mindset during times of chaos and our desire for a hope movement.
o Kate shares her hope story with her own mom’s health crisis last month when she underwent open heart surgery.
o We share intentional practices and behaviors that are keeping us in the light right now.
o How we can create hope ripples by connecting with other humans, journaling about these times and taking small actions daily.
o Betsy shares how rest is helping her take good care of herself so she can show up fully in life, and the importance of managing our energy during fast moving times.
o The power of the arts right now and being conscious of what we consume.
