There's a bit of an echo, must be the resonance of Erin Hatzikostas' words.  This week we listen in to a speech Erin gave at the Alegeus CDHx, where she makes the business case for enabling authenticity in the workplace and how it can kill two issues with one stone - inequality of women in the workplace and lack of employee engagement.
