Body positivity is a social movement that promotes a positive view of all bodies, regardless of the shape, size, weight, etc. But we want to take it deeper. Yes, we can accept our bodies the way they are to an extent, but we are here to talk about the fact that we also have a responsibility to our bodies. Today, Whitney Capps and I have a vulnerable conversation about our own unique journeys, the complexities of our bodies, the messages we tell ourselves about them, and how we function in them as temples of the Holy Spirit.
