Dr Rudrani Banik is a neuro-ophthalmologist who has a deep expertise in ocular nutrition and she is coordinating an anonymous Ocular Nutrition Survey so we can identify the gaps in nutrition education for ophthalmologists. She has also written two books on the topic:  Beyond Carrots- Best Foods For Eye Health A to Z and its companion cookbook, Dr. Rani's Visionary Kitchen. She also is the founder of The Eye Summit™ 2026 which is taking place online May 11-15, 2026 and is free.
