On Friday morning, I woke up to a text with the shocking news that a dear friend of mine had passed away.
You may not be currently grieving a lost loved one, but we are all grieving something. A loss of a relationship, a resource, a part of our identity, a part of our ability or mobility, anything. Chances are, if you’re feeling numb, angry, blaming, or sad, you’re grieving.
