Deloitte has released a global survey of 23,000+ Gen Zs and millennials with everything you need to know about the younger generations in the workplace. In just a few years, 74% of the workforce will be occupied by them, so these trends are especially relevant for us to understand as we’re hiring, training, and working with this generation.
