Deloitte has released a global survey of 23,000+ Gen Zs and millennials with everything you need to know about the younger generations in the workplace. In just a few years, 74% of the workforce will be occupied by them, so these trends are especially relevant for us to understand as we're hiring, training, and working with this generation. Today I wanted to share 3 key takeaways from this data, including what drives the younger generations, what they want out of their work vs. what they're actually getting, and how to work with individuals and teams to help them prosper.
