Happy International Women's Month and Day (May 8th)

This week's episode is not our usual format but we wanted to acknowledge and celebrate us, women!

We are strong, beautiful, and contribute so much to our world. Sometimes most of it goes unseen. This month is here to remind us of what we are capable of and to stand up and support one another.

Women, mothers, aunts, daughters, sisters... we are all together and we must stay united. We have come a long way in the last 100 years and we have more to go. Let this be a time of remembrance, representation, and strive to continue to gain the recognition and equality we so very much deserve.
