Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, trust, ability, or strength of someone or something. It's easy to lose and hard to earn. We earn trust in others by doing what we say we will do, owning up to our mistakes, and disagreeing with respect.

But why is it that we will keep our commitments to other people, but not with ourselves?
