David Vaux did 16 years in the LFB both operationally and as a PTI. Hus work now as a Clinician looks at data driven Health promotion. Leading improvements in Human performance as well as Wellbeing and Healthy aging.
David sustained an injury and was medical retired subsequently becoming an Osteopath and conditioning coach. It took David a long time to recover from the loss of his fire service role both physically and mentally, and he is passionate about spreading the word about the long term benefits of strength focused training both for tactical fitness but also aging well and frailty prevention.
