Hands up if it sometimes feels like emotional and comfort eating has a real hold on you - and if it’s something you’d like to learn to manage better. Well if that’s the case, then this is going to be a real eye opener for you around the strategies that you can be using to tackle that and then to create a much more balanced and relaxed relationship with food instead.

But is all about the mindset that we approach food with, how we deal with our emotions around food (and life in general) and how we create a different mental space around food that’s going to serve us in a much better way.
