Scott Mechura started working in the culinary world as a teenager and in the last 30 years worked his way up in many infamous Montana resorts and restaurants. Today we talk about numerous topics like : how to make the food reach the Bliss Point of flavor, sugar, fat, salt, and how the food industry has been influencing history for centuries.
