Today our podcast guest is Dr. Kaare Tingelstad, and emergency medicine physician who works in Oregon and educates many outdoor enthusiasts around the country about essential backcountry medical care. He has been an instructor at the all the WHS's 2021 and 2022 and has become an integral part of our team! He takes some very complicated topics, and makes them easier than ever for anyone to do proper assessment and care should it ever be required in the backcountry.
