Our appraisal training process is established on the principle of mentors.  We find and become educated under the tutelage of good teachers.  But what do we do to become more intelligent business owners?  Dustin is a coach of appraisers, but also has a mentor.  Though he runs mastermind groups, he also belongs to other groups.  Why is having a coach so essential to success?
