Hint: changing your body doesn’t make you confident! Sarah shares tips on changing your thought pattern so you can rock that bikini, wear the clothes you want, and do all the things you love to do. 

 

 

In this podcast, Sarah talks about how you can replace negative thoughts with self-love techniques that create long term habit changes which says: I love my body which is why I want to treat it right. THAT is why we should strive for a healthier lifestyle, not to change our bodies in the hopes of being more confident.
