In this week’s episode, Daniel Ray, staff apologist of Watchman Fellowship, interviews Dr. Justin Bass, author of The Bedrock of Christianity: The Unalterable Facts of Jesus’ Death and Resurrection. Dr. Bass completed his undergraduate degree at SMU’s Cox School of Business then earned a ThM in Theology and a PhD in New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He currently works at an NGO in Amman, Jordan serving Christian and Muslim refugees fleeing ISIS. He is also professor of New Testament at Jordan Evangelical Theological Seminary (JETS) and author of The Battle for the Keys: Revelation 1:18 and Christ’s Descent to the Underworld.
In part one of this interview, Justin recounts his unexpected journey to belief in Christ, his passion to defend the Christian faith, and his calling to serve and teach in the middle east.
