A Wild New Work

17. Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Listen Later

How do you know whether or not to leave a job, organization, project, or career path? There are so many factors that go into the decision that it can begin to feel paralyzing or miserable. In this episode, I talk with my guest, mindfulness and self-care coach Megan Miller, about how best to move through a period of determining whether to stay in something as it is, make a change where we are, or walk away. In this episode, we cover:
* Gemini season: both its chaotic nature and integrative potential
* What Nature’s inviting us to do this time of year in our lives and careers
* Why it’s so hard to decide between staying in a job and leaving
* A ton of tips about how to find our way through to a decision that’s truly in alignment for us
If you’re considering making a change in your career this late Spring, we encourage you to tune into this episode! And if this podcast feels supportive to you, please rate it and share it with others!
