Nava Atlas is the author of many vegetarian and vegan cookbooks, most recently Plant-Powered Protein and Vegan on a Budget. In addition to cookbooks, Nava produces visual nonfiction books, including The Literary Ladies' Guide to the Writing Life. Its companion website literaryladiesguide.com explores the lives and literature of classic women authors.
