Most people live within the restrictions of their mind because they operate under the assumption that their negative thoughts about themselves are true and that that’s who they are. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy because the more you believe your limiting and negative thoughts the less likely you’ll be to take action on something you desire doing. In this episode we talk about how to retrain our brains to think positively about ourselves by asking positive questions of it. Managing your mind and steering it in the direction of what you want it to think will ultimately determine how you feel and is the secret to living a happy life.
