Matthew is the co-founder of StaffHealth. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and has over 10 years of experience in healthcare staffing and even went through nursing school before deciding to head into a career in staffing.
His passion for the healthcare industry can be traced back to his childhood witnessing how nurses and other healthcare workers got his family through difficult times with his brother, who was born handicapped.
Matthew shares how he became the co-founder of a healthcare staffing company and his mission to connect passionate and skilled healthcare workers with facilities that need great patient care.
We also talk about some of the struggles of nurses and other healthcare professionals and how to support both healthcare organization staff and traveling or agency staff.
