Hello, everyone. 「〜shinakereba narimasen(ikemasen)」can be replaced by “ 〜shinakya, damedesu” or “〜shinaito, damedesu.” See, it easier.
It’s a plain style but you can use it in the office (I hope your office has a friendly atmosphere), but it’s better avoid using in a  meeting or when you talk to clients.
Here we go.
Repeat after me

3.  You have to do your homework.
