Today I have the privilege of chatting to Fred Falloon. He’s a super interesting and articulate guy. He’s currently doing a masters in philosophy, politics and economics. He’s also been at training in the gym for over 10 years, he’s a personal trainer and he’s also going to compete in his first classic physique show this year.
As you can imagine there’s a bunch of topics that we explore in our chat. A few of the key things that we discuss are the varying negative aspects of becoming addicted to training; the crossover of learnings between physical training and academic pursuits and also advice for beginners when starting on any type of fitness journey.
I hope you enjoy the episode and as always, if you wanna show support for the podcast feel free to like, subscribe and comment, all that good stuff.
