As The LDS Mission Coach, I'm always looking for powerful stories and insights that can support current, future, and returned missionaries. This episode 182 - Mission and Post Mission Mental Health with my friend Mary Ward is one of those conversations that I know will resonate deeply.

Mary vulnerably shares her personal struggles with mental health challenges during her COVID-era mission.
