I have never so deeply shared my story and the journey I went through before.  The days where sweatpants and skipping showers were numerous.  The times I hid in plain sight, unwilling to let others really see me because I didn't love myself.  Back when I couldn't accept myself.  I just didn't know how.  Fast forward to what I call my "Eat, Pray, Love" journey, and not only did I learn how to find myself, but I learned to trust myself.  I found so many practices that help me learn to love myself.  Practices that I get to share with you.
