184. What To Do When You Feel Like You're Undoing Progress

Have you ever felt like the more you try to progress forward, the more resistance you meet? Like hitting a plateau? I’ve been there in the last few months. Being in the mindset of how it felt during my time as an athlete brought with negative emotions. The truth is, you can be happy with where you are currently and still feel some type of way when you relive your past memories.
In this episode of the Live Your Personal Best podcast, I share my struggles with backward progress in the last few months and how I’m overcoming them. Listen in to learn why you should meet yourself where you’re at and stay still for a while before making any further changes in your efforts.
