We love salon owners! We have always felt they have the most difficult job in the lash industry. Now we are a little biased as we ran a lash salon for 13 years. That said we have talked to quite a few lash brand owners who have also ran salons in the past, and most of them have agreed running a salon is super hard.One of the things that makes it difficult is the way employees often like to quit their jobs...by burning the bridge. Now I get it...some bridges need to be burned as not all employers are respectful and kind to their teams...but I feel overall employees burn the bridge because it helps them to justify why they are leaving.
