Listen, people pay to be in your energy and to access the best you- but not to access you ALL THE TIME!

Again quality matters more than quantity!
You gotta attend to your business your baby or furbaby, yourself!
Be unapologetic about taking time off work, working for a schedule that suits you and not your clients/ your team

Start small, start with 1x2hr block, and stay committed till it feels easy and natural to unplug during such time!
