Jeff Toren originally came from software sales, and after starting his own Kitchen Tune-Up business, quickly grew it into the most successful franchise of any Kitchen Tune-Up in the country. But although the revenue was coming in as quickly as he could get it, Jeff knew he had to be very intentional about his business model and systems in order to ensure scalability. He also knew that disruptions can come along, such as what we're all currently experiencing with Covid, and that he had to prepare his company to be able to survive and flourish not only in the good times, but the bad as well.
