This is a practice that I LOVE!! I love it because it is such a real-time self-love transformation.  When you start off, it will feel awkward.  As you continue, you will start to feel the change.  Ultimately, as you look at yourself, you start to feel like the absolute queen you are!!

The more you do this, the more you will feel empowered and feel that true love you have for yourself.
