Today I wanted to talk about how we evolve in our business and what it looks like to evolve in your business.

What I’ve found is that sometimes we build our business in a way that works at the time and then we keep growing in the same way.  We do the same things, we use the same tools, we continue to create but we may not be taking a step back to look at what’s working and what’s not.

So today I wanted to share some of the key things we work through together in BBA and as I said this is what I work through myself every year too.  

I’ve put it into the Profitable Growth Model which is what we use in BBA.
