That's just human nature. We want things easy. We want things handed to us on a plate. When a new client goes to your website and sees 15 different price points for lash appointments (volume, classic, hybrid, mega-volume, Russian volume, fill from an outside salon...etc), it just discourages them and makes them search for a company where they don't need a degree in lashing to figure what they want. If you want to make your company more attractive to new customers, then you need to simplify your lash menu.
